SCOPE OF WORKS

• Receive into Open4 warehouse of Client's FF&E product (Estimate of 70cm3) -

• Reporting of Client’s FF&E -

• Storage of all FF&E for an estimated period of 4 weeks

• Delivery to site of FF&E product based a full truck load of items over the Installation period 

• Installation of all wall paneling and architraves 

• Rubbish removal of all packaging and crates 

• Detail clean of all FF&E

DESCRIPTION / SOLUTION

OPEN4 was contracted to handle the project management of the furniture fit out. All products were received into the Open4 warehouse and quality checked prior to transporting to site. The installation team installed the custom cabinetry as per client specifications to deliver a professional executed finish with great attention to detail.
