- Unloading of 7 x 40' containers of client supplied FF&E by OPEN4
- Containers to be delivered on a skel trailer and Live Unload by OPEN4
- Quality inspection of packaging only & further inspection if packaging is damaged
- All works completed during the hours of 7.00am to 3.30pm (M-F)
- Works being completed over 4 stages (30-32 rooms per stage)
- Assembly of Wardrobe x 3, Custom cupboard x 4
- Wall mounting of wall TV panels x 137, bed heads x 137
- All other client supplied FF&E supplied fully assembled & freestanding
