OPEN4 was contracted by Built to provide a single source delivery and installation methodology for 9000 furniture items from 11 different suppliers. OPEN4 was to receive and quality inspect all items prior to delivery to site. The installation was over 33 floors, which was under construction in Parramatta. A single point of contact for the builder allowed for quick changes to the delivery to accommodate changes in the building as well as unforeseen changes in the Australian climate from soaring temperatures to bush fires which closed the site for a number of days.
