OPEN4 recently completed a major Loose Furniture Logistics Management Project for multiple customers, across multiple levels in the Sydney CBD.
Engaged by Multiplex, OPEN4’s role was to manage the loose furniture logistics from all suppliers, including project & supplier co-ordination, product receival, quality inspections, warehouse staging, storage, redelivery to job site, floor loading, and site assembly / placement. Project stats included 16 x furniture suppliers, 67 product lines, and 1,119 pieces of furniture.
